Pat Lowe

You would think that after thirty years in the residential real estate market Pat would consider slowing down. Think again; she’s just getting started.

Per Pat: “Today’s buyers and sellers are very sophisticated given the resources available to them. My job is to comb through the myriad of data and provide clients expert guidance and support to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible.”

When it comes to Pat, “expert” is no exaggeration. A Wayne native, Pat grew up in a family with deep roots in New Jersey real estate sales and investing; buying and selling property is in her blood She credits that early, first-hand education for her passion for the market and her emphasis on stellar customer service. In an increasingly impersonal world, Pat understands the emotional significance of buying or selling a home, and dedicates herself to guiding her clients through every step of the process. How?

Pat combines Keller Williams’s cutting edge technology with the classic market strategies she was brought up to honor: listen to a clients individual needs, pay attention to detail, provide no-nonsense advice and negotiate the best deal. It’s a combination that has merited her sales awards too numerous to mention and a long list of loyal clients who wouldn’t dream of making a move without first contacting Pat.

Ready to get started? Let Pat provide you with the personal service you crave, backed up by the real estate savvy you require.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pat to sell my condo. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. She went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of. My condo went on the market on a Friday and was under contract by the following Friday. She was always helpful and always very attentive. I would highly recommend her and her team.

After almost 30 years of home ownership my wife and I decided it was time to move own. We had been happy with home life including creating a "park" environment of the back yard. The house provided the comfort and spaciousness we wanted. But.... it was time to move on. We needed a smaller living space that would provide the comforts we'd expect. Lotsa comforts without lotsa of effort. My wife and I decided to call Pat(Keller Williams). We met with Pat and laid out a game plan. Pat met with us sharing the steps needed to get ready for an open house. We followed her advice. Next came the photographer and others who knew how to present the home. We had the open house. Within 4 days we had 3 offers. By the end of the week we had more offers. Pat and her team did an outstanding job. You can count on her.

Pat and Kevin were great throughout the entire process. My house went on the market on a Saturday and it was under contract by that Friday. They were professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. They helped us prepare my home for sale and then get ready for the inspections. I would definitely recommend her and her team for the selling of your home. Thank you Pat and your team for selling my home so quickly and efficiently.

Back in 1992 Pat was the realtor who found and sold us our family’s very first house in Hawthorne. We enjoyed our home for many years. With our daughter grown and having a family of her own, we figured it was finally time to sell and let a new family make memories. When it came time to put the house on the market we thought, who better to sell her home then the realtor who sold it to us? Pat managed to sell her home in one weekend! Pat and her team worked diligently to ensure our safety and the safety of others by abiding by Covid guidelines during our open house and scheduled viewings. Pat is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy agent who we would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
